Stage 1 » LearnThis stage is also sometimes referred to as the discovery stage, where we get to learn all about you and your organisation. The outcome from the learn stage enables us to produce a specification detailing your requirements, and once we’re all happy and agreed on the details we move to stage 2. Where needed, for larger projects, this stage may also include the production of a more detailed functional specification.Stage 2 » DesignThe second stage is where we begin the whole design process. We deliver the concepts of your new brand, which may of course include a design concept for your website, your new logo, and business cards. The design stage is often an iterative process based on the delivery of concepts follow by feedback from you. Where needed, for larger projects, this may also include wireframe diagrams illustrating the whole navigation flow, and even a creative branding session with our art director!Stage 3 » DevelopmentDuring the design stage we let loose our techies! They get to work implementing your website solution and integrate your chosen designs from stage 2. Once it’s ready for a BETA release we hand it over to you for testing, where you can get together a list of final tweaks you would like to see.Stage 4 » FinaliseWe’ve learned all about your company, and what you need from a website. We have created your new corporate brand and identity. We have built your website and implemented your designs. So, just a few tweaks to make from your feedback in stage 3. Great…let’s launch it!Stage 5 » SupportFollowing the official launch of your new website we move in to the support stage. We have 3 support packages for you to choose from meaning we’re always on the end of the phone or an email.We often find that both brands and websites naturally evolve over time as your organisation changes and evolves. So if you decide you’d like to add some additional features to your website, or to make use of one of our other specialist services, such as Search Engine Optimisation, we’re here to help. |
