Our support packages are exclusively offered to pre-existing customers. So basically if we have built your website you can benefit from one of the support packages below:

Why do our customers buy support packages?

  • Firstly, to save money! Each package is bundled with a fixed number of hours of support at a discounted rate.
  • Secondly, to get a quicker response. Every Peanut Media client with an active support package is given priority for all support enquiries.
  • Thirdly, peace of mind. You can think of us as your virtual web team, always here to answer your questions and help out should anything goes awry.

  • Savings are based on our hourly rate of £80.
  • Every support query is logged in our system, whether it’s for two minutes or two hours.
  • When your support package is running slow, you may choose to purchase another, or we can offer support based on our hourly rate.
  • Support covers all areas of your original specification.
  • Support does not include website enhancements or IT support.
Any support requirements you may have which fall outside of a support packages can be dealt with through our normal support process, available at our normal hourly rate.
Gold Package- £1200 per year for unlimited hours
*Silver Package - £800 per year 16 hours
*Bronze Package - £400 per year 8 hours
