1 - COMMUNICATION1.1 - All communication relating to the project deliverables should be dealt with using the Peanut Media Basecamp project management system. We will provide you with the relevant access details for this before the project begins. You must report any access issues with Basecamp immediately to Peanut Media by either telephone or email. 2 - PAYMENT2.1 - If this your first project with us, we will only make any initial payments after 14 days into the project. This is a company policy and is non-negotiable as we need to ensure that the work is being completed to a satisfactory standard before making any payments. 2.2 - If you have worked on projects for us before:
2.3 - We endeavour to pay all invoices received are paid within 14 days of issue. This is usually via Pay Pal unless otherwise agreed - you are responsible for any processing fees incurred on payments made. 2.4 - When an agreed payment becomes due you must raise an appropriate invoice, clearly showing your trading name, registered address, the amount due, project name, and payment type (e.g. project deposit, or final payment etc.) and email this to us. 3 - ACCEPTANCE3.1 - You must understand and agree to the details outlined in this document before we are able to offer you work. In addition, once a project has been allocated to you, you are required to read the relevant Basecamp posts and check the box to confirm that you understand and agree to the project. 3.2 - We reserve the right to cancel the agreement at any time should it be deemed that the terms and conditions outlined above are not being adhered to. 3.3 - These terms and conditions apply to all projects you agree to undertake with us. 3.4 - Further terms and conditions may apply and need to be agreed on a project by project basis. |
